Function of Muller Convex Pulley

It is a key guiding component for Muller label looms (e.g., MBJ series):

Rapier Tape Guidance & Tensioning: Supports the rapier tape, changes its direction, and maintains stable tension to prevent deviation and slack.
Wear Reduction: The convex profile evenly distributes pressure on the rapier tape, minimizing local abrasion and extending the service life of both the tape and the pulley.
Anti-Displacement Control: The convex shape prevents the rapier tape from slipping out of the groove, ensuring stable and consistent weft insertion during high-speed weaving.
